Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 50 countries (we don't currently ship to: South Africa, China and United Arab Emirates).

Where do you ship from?

Our prints and hanging frames are shipped by us from our studio in Frederick, MD, USA.

What does shipping cost?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (USA only).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. 

How long does shipping take?

Domestic Standard Shipping (within the USA)
5-10 business days

Domestic Priority Shipping (within the USA)
2-5 business days

Domestic Express Shipping (within the USA)
1-2 business days

International Shipping (varies by country)
3-6 weeks (customs processing times vary)

Our team works hard to get your order processed and shipped to you as quickly as possible. We typically ship out most orders within 2-3 days. However, please note that during the holiday season processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to increased volume orders for both us and the postal service. 

Can I send prints in my order to 2 different addresses?

No, we can only send prints to one address. If you'd like to ship to 2 different addresses, you'll need to place 2 orders.

I have very specific delivery instructions. What do I do?

Unfortunately we are unable to handle these types of requests. If you require specific delivery instructions, you must submit this request to the carrier directly after your order is placed.

I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Most likely, but not always. Each country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We suggest checking out a Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when your package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking link. Please allow up to 24hrs for the link to activate. For international orders, once the package leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

Orders

Can I change my order?

If you need to change your order — please send an email within 12 hours to info@paintedverses.com. We cannot guarantee changes after that time frame, as we strive to send out packages promptly. Unfortunately once the items have shipped changes cannot be made.

Are your prices in USD?

Yes, all our prices are in USD. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you’ll be charged in your currency.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept direct payments through PayPal.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Not at the moment.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason—please contact us and we will make things right.

What if my order is damaged?

In the rare case that your product is damaged, we will ship you out a replacement at no additional cost. Simply email our Customer Happiness team a photo of the damaged product at info@paintedverses.com.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

If your order gets lost in the mail, we will ship you out a replacement (or issue a refund) at no additional cost.

Products

Where are your products made?

We are committed to ensuring that all our products are made with high-quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship. That's why every one of our art prints is printed and produced in the USA. Whenever possible, we collaborate with local artisans to bring our work to life with care and attention to detail.

What type of paper do you use?

We use high-quality fine art paper for all our prints, carefully selected for its weight, texture, and archival quality. Depending on the print, our paper ranges from 290-315gsm, giving it a substantial, luxurious feel in your hands. For our watercolor art prints, we use a textured fine art paper that beautifully mimics the look and feel of original watercolor paper. Made from 100% acid-free cotton, our prints are designed for longevity, ensuring they remain vibrant for years to come. For specific details, please refer to individual product descriptions.

Will the Limited Edition be available again?

Once a limited edition is gone, it's gone forever. We will never re-release a limited edition in the same size or translation. However, we may offer the same artwork in a unique and different edition in the future, (ie different size, translation, foil color).

Miscellaneous

I would like to see your products in my shop. Do you sell wholesale?

Not at the moment, but we are considering it for the future.

Can you create custom artwork for me or my store?
