Where is my 15% off code?

Please check your email and spam inbox for a confirmation email from Painted Verses. You'll need to click the confirmation link to opt in for emails before receiving your 15% off code. If you don’t see the email, please contact info@paintedverses.com or fill out the contact form below—we’ll be happy to help!

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We offer a 12-hour window for any changes to your order. Please contact us at info@paintedverses.com or use the contact form below to submit your request.

We cannot guarantee changes after that time frame, as we strive to send out packages promptly. Unfortunately once the items have shipped changes cannot be made.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Painted Verses is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses that are incorrectly entered at check out. We will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Your order will be processed and sent out within 2–3 business days from our studio in Maryland. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship the following Monday, except in the case of a holiday.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Ground Shipping (within the USA): 5–10 business days
  • Domestic Priority Shipping (within the USA): 2–5 business days
  • Domestic Express Shipping (within the USA): 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping (varies by country): 3–6 weeks

What is your return policy?

If you have any issues with your order, you must let us know within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are a small family business and we strive to provide thoughtful service and high-quality products with care and attention to detail. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@paintedverses.com or use the contact form below — we’ll make it right.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking link. Please allow up to 24hrs for the link to activate. For international orders, once the package leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

What if my order is damaged or lost in the mail?

In the event that a print gets damaged in transit, a replacement request must be made within 30 days and must be accompanied with photos of the damaged item (as well as the packaging). Once we receive this documentation, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Most likely, but not always. Each country has different regulations on
how they handle imported goods. We suggest checking out a Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when your package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
