I designed these courses to help you transform God’s Word into meaningful artwork, even if you’re just beginning your creative journey. Through guided, step-by-step lessons, I’ll walk alongside you as you learn to turn a verse into a visual story through sketches, watercolor techniques, and creative expression.

When I became a Christian, painting became one of the ways I slowed down, reflected on God’s truth, and spent intentional time with Him. Each brushstroke became an act of worship and prayer.

After studying art and spending over two decades developing my craft as an artist, I founded Painted Verses to combine my love for watercolor with my passion for God's word. My prayer is that this course becomes more than learning how to paint. I hope it becomes a space where you can encounter God creatively, grow in confidence as an artist, and discover how your own artwork can become a form of worship and a way to minister to others.
